Time-limited tickets
In order to optimally control the flow of visitors, tickets are purchased for a specific entrance time. With a timed ticket, entry to the exhibition is possible within the booked time slot. The length of stay is not limited beyond the opening hours of the exhibition.
Flex/Gift Tickets
If you want to be flexible or give tickets away, flex/gift tickets are the right choice. This means that access to the exhibition is possible at any time during the month booked without prior reservation or time commitment. These tickets are only available in limited numbers. The flex ticket does not give priority in queues, waiting time may occur.

Frequently Asked Questions
Duration of the exhibition visit
There is no time limit on your visit within the exhibition’s opening hours. We recommend setting aside about 1.5 hours for your visit. The time you need will depend on how long you spend looking at individual works and whether you want to read all the information provided. Using the digital text and image tour will extend the time spent in the exhibition. It is not possible to re-enter the exhibition after leaving. Last admission is one hour before the exhibition closes.
Accessibility / Wheelchair Access
The exhibition is accessible and suitable for visitors who use wheelchairs. There is also an accessible restroom on the premises.
Food and Drink
There is a water fountain on site. No food or drinks are sold in the exhibition space. Restaurants and cafés in the vicinity of the exhibition space are open according to their own hours.
Photography and Videography
Photography and video recording are permitted.
Guided tours
The exhibition offers a comprehensive digital audio-visual tour, which visitors can access on-site by scanning a QR code with their smartphone. This digital audio-visual tour is included in the ticket price.

Payment
Exhibition tickets and shop items can only be paid for with debit or credit cards. The exhibition does not accept cash payments and is not covered by the Museum Card.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted if space allows. On busier days, you may need to leave your stroller in the lobby.
Exhibition Shop
The exhibition shop offers a wide selection of merchandise for Banksy fans—from postcards, magnets, and mugs to stylish T-shirts and hoodies, all featuring the street artist’s designs. You can also design your own Banksy-inspired T-shirt using a stencil and spray paint. Solid-color T-shirts are available for purchase on-site for this purpose.

Only guide dogs and service dogs are permitted in the exhibition. Please notify us in advance by email at moi@mysterybanksy.fi
Epilepsy/photosensitivity
The exhibition uses flashing lights. If these cause you to experience symptoms or discomfort, please contact the staff on site—they will let you know in which parts of the exhibition these effects occur.
