Duration of the exhibition visit

There is no time limit on your visit within the exhibition’s opening hours. We recommend setting aside about 1.5 hours for your visit. The time you need will depend on how long you spend looking at individual works and whether you want to read all the information provided. Using the digital text and image tour will extend the time spent in the exhibition. It is not possible to re-enter the exhibition after leaving. Last admission is one hour before the exhibition closes.

Accessibility / Wheelchair Access

The exhibition is accessible and suitable for visitors who use wheelchairs. There is also an accessible restroom on the premises.

Food and Drink

There is a water fountain on site. No food or drinks are sold in the exhibition space. Restaurants and cafés in the vicinity of the exhibition space are open according to their own hours.

Photography and Videography

Photography and video recording are permitted.

Guided tours

The exhibition offers a comprehensive digital audio-visual tour, which visitors can access on-site by scanning a QR code with their smartphone. This digital audio-visual tour is included in the ticket price.

Lost and Found

If you have lost any items, please contact the information desk at the exhibition entrance or send an email to moi@mysterybanksy.fi

Payment

Exhibition tickets and shop items can only be paid for with debit or credit cards. The exhibition does not accept cash payments and is not covered by the Museum Card.

Strollers

Strollers are permitted if space allows. On busier days, you may need to leave your stroller in the lobby.

Exhibition Shop

The exhibition shop offers a wide selection of merchandise for Banksy fans—from postcards, magnets, and mugs to stylish T-shirts and hoodies, all featuring the street artist’s designs. You can also design your own Banksy-inspired T-shirt using a stencil and spray paint. Solid-color T-shirts are available for purchase on-site for this purpose.

Animals

Only guide dogs and service dogs are permitted in the exhibition. Please notify us in advance by email at moi@mysterybanksy.fi

Epilepsy/photosensitivity

The exhibition uses flashing lights. If these cause you to experience symptoms or discomfort, please contact the staff on site—they will let you know in which parts of the exhibition these effects occur.
